This photo is special for us not only because it is the campaign ad for our first demi-couture collection but it is also something that elevated the brand as a whole. As far as we know, this is the first plus size fashion photo with a male model for a campaign ad for a (plus size line) here in our country. So we are very proud to be able to do this!***

Models involved are: Erzullie Icon and Plus Size Model, Katrina Catapia and male model, Michael Keh. Hair Styling by Apple Pueblo.

A new collection means a new set of THE ERZULLIESTA covers yes? Erzullie Icon and Plus Size Model, Loren Monares, looks amazing on this week's cover!

Don't let the semi-soft cover of this week's "The Erzulliesta" fool you. This week is everything fierce and strong!

#1 We started out pretty mild with a mantra about style: "A trend is nothing if it doesn't complement my style." True, is it not?

#2 It is not Erzullie Icon and Plus Size Model, Kat Lopez's turn to shed some light on the on-going #TNEI2013 Plus Size Model Go See (The Next Erzullie Icon 2013). She shares her thoughts and some advice on how to get your applications right.

#3 We have also released this week's event photos of the Pre-Holiday 2013 demi-couture public release. Lots of Erzulliestas dropped by. So I was not able to take a lot of photos. Nonetheless --- absolutely fierce!

#4 For Wednesday Wear, we got inspired by some plus size blazers. We named it: "Blazing Blazers".

#5 We also had a Thursday Topic this week and we were asking "Why are plus size models (in mainstream media) naked most of the time?"

#6 This week was all about the Pre-Holiday 2013 photoshoot. We shared some designer thoughts and as well as asked for some great vibes for it. We were able to pull it off because of everyone's positive energy and effort. We love it.

#7 We are very happy for the overwhelming and positive response after we have released a photo shoot/anniversary photo teaser as well as our proejct proper (behind the scenes) photos.

Hello, Erzulliestas!

Finally, we are about to release the behind the scenes (BTS) photos of the Erzullie Pre-Holiday/Anniversary 2013 photo shoot. It happened last Saturday, July 20, 2013 at the Rouge Studio, Ortigas Center, Pasig City. The photographer is Mark Alvarez, Hair Stylist is Apple Pueblo while the make up was done by Azaza Rodriguez. The general styling and direction of the Pre-Holiday 2013 collection was done by Berna Cuevas, while for the direction of the Anniversary shoot, it was me! (Aries here). The models present were our Erzullie Icons, Kat Catapia, Audrey Lee, Loren Monares and Kat Lopez. We also had a male model present Mr. Michael Keh.

We would like to thank all the well wishes and great vibes that you girls have given us that weekend. I must admit, we were a little bit nervous but the energy of the shoot was really different. It was really fierce and awesome. We are happy that we are able to pull this one off.

Today is the day, ladies! And I think I got up too early than I should. Well, I am a morning person. So I do tend to wake up very early for Erzullie projects.

Anyway, just some thoughts --- good vibes, good vibes. Hopefully I take awesome behind the scene photos for you girls. Berna will be taking the director's chair more this season for the Pre-Holiday 2013 part, while I will be taking it during the Anniversary part.

Good vibes, ladies! Today we are hoping to manifest an awesome local plus size fashion history!
