We are now gearing up for a whole new year of fierceness. We would like to thank all of you beautiful women for being patient with our hiatus. We really needed that break. And as promised, here are the changes that we are now implementing for Erzullie this 2016.

#1 Online Pop-Up Shop with Credit Card and Paypal options!

We are upgrading our online shop. In the new shopping website, you can now use Credit Cards and Paypal for your purchase. But here's the kicker, the online shop will only be open 3 days a month --- every 15th, 16th and 17th. But don't fret, return and exchange process policy will be 30 days still with easy to contact customer service. More details when the site launches.

#2 Permanently Demi-Couture

We will be focusing on quality over quantity. Each perfect design will just be 8-16 pieces in total --- depending on what we can make.

#3 New Erzullie Showroom Schedule and be part of the VIP list!

To give you better service, the showroom will now only open to the public for specific Erzulliesta events. If you attend to one of our events and opt to be part of the VIP-Erzulliesta list, then you get to set appointments with us.

We constantly talk about the changes we are about to implement in Erzullie. As many have noticed, we didn't put out a Pre-Holiday and Holiday 2015 collection. We took a break and well, here is the first announcement.

In preparation of the major changes we will announce on January 2016, we will be closing our online shop and showroom for public access from December 1-January 31, 2016. But don't fret Erzulliesta, to those who are part of the VIP list, you still get to access our showroom. Just reply to the newsletter we have been sending you ladies (go ahead! Check it out right now.) and set an appointment.

PLUS SIZE FASHION: "THE INTERN", AUDREY ARIAS

I’m Audrey Arias, an intern at Erzullie. I’m 20 years-old, and currently studying CFAD - Advertising Arts in the University of Santo Tomas.

My view about style is that it is a way of expressing yourself through fashion. How you dress up is a sign of how comfortable and confident you are with your clothes. It’s your way of showing who you are by the way and what you wear.

I entered Erzullie because I think it was a different experience for me since it is basically about plus size women empowerment. And I thought it was a great and wise idea to choose the company because I love how it symbolizes that no matter what you look like on the outside, you can still shine and let your inner fierce glow through your outfit.

I am currently excited for my projects here. First of which would be the 5 outfits that I think would look great on an Erzulliesta. I also did some plus size editorials (some of you ladies may have already seen it) for the brand. Finally, the interviews of some of the fiercest Erzulliestas around.

Hope you ladies love my work! Lots to learn and a big opportunity to spread some fierceness all around.

PLUS SIZE FASHION: (DESIGNER’S THOUGHTS) WHAT HAPPENED TO ERZULLIE?

We have been quiet for the last half of April. And to the people who have been wondering --- here is the answer. We wanted to take it slow. Erzullie has grown so much in the past few years and there was so much passion invested that we felt we needed to step back a bit and ease out.

We wanted to enjoy where we are and go back to just having fun with it. Erzullie, above all, was born out of passion for fierce plus size women. For the past years, our lives revolved around that obsession. But with that obsession, we have also lost sight of some things and we felt that it was time to turn into ourselves for some solace.

As poetic as it sounds, we just want to take it easy for a while. Don’t worry. We’re not going anywhere, operations are normal. Just that right now as well, we are restructuring from within, preparing for the next step for the brand.

Hopefully, you, Erzulliestas will be delighted of the results --- because we sure are.
