They say that loving yourself is a sole
duty to your own soul, but there is another reason why you also need to be
confident in your own body.

I feel at times that one of the things that
hold a person back in embracing their own fierce curves is the fact they are
afraid of being ridiculed by other people. Like in doing so, they will not be
accepted. They will be called “arrogant and boastful”.
But people should know that being confident
about your body is a birthright. It’s a fact --- our bodies are beautiful. It
is one of the best instruments in the world. It allows us to create, destroy,
renew etc. We need to embrace this now while we have a chance.
And so, for those who are still looking
around for “a purpose” in doing so. Aside from the wonderful you, being
confident in your body inspires other people to do so. Being confident in who
you are, actually liberates more women and men from their own limitations in
loving themselves --- just the way they are.
