Hi girls, unfortunately, despite, our greatest efforts, we have to move our opening. It will still happen in March 2011, first week.
The merchandise is ready, the hangers and fixtures... However, it seems like we are yet to find 2 people that will help us in the store. We have interviewed many, but we are still left with two (2) spots open.

In a few minutes, I will be leaving for Cinderella again to finally sign the contract and get the other files that I need. I apologize for the blog out. Things have been wonderfully crazy for the brand!
In 2 weeks, we were able to take care of the fixtures, find a promodizer (we need one more) and get everything approved and happy.
We also have some magazine interviews here and there (but I will be saying that after a little while. hahahaha)
So for now, I just want to say... love you all. I will be myself again after a few days. hehehe.

ERZULLIE MEETS CINDERELLA ON MONDAY, OPENS DOORS FOR CAREERS
On monday, February 21, 2011, Erzullie will have a meeting with Cinderella to finalize the look and the concept of the plus size line in their store. Hopefully, according to Aries De Guzman, they will allow the fixtures that they have proposed to give Erzullie maximum exposure and to grab attention to the plus size women shopping in Cinderella.
"We are very honored and proud to be part of the Cinderella fashion house." Aries expressed when asked about how they are feeling about the event. "Personally, I grew up knowing Cinderella. My mother would always take me there when we need new dresses." she added.
When asked about how Erzullie is preparing for such a big step, Ms. Aries replied with excitement, "It's crazy. We have to prepare everything in 2 weeks and almost a week has passed and we are still waiting for our proposal to approve. I think the only difficulty here now would be the fixtures because they need to be fabricated."
I asked if it was true that they are now about to add a new tab in the webpage (http://erzullie.multiply.com) for "Careers", since they are constantly looking for promodizers now, in plans of expanding the outlets of the brand. She replied "yes definitely, but not in the near future. We are also looking into accepting interns soon as the brand progresses to higher levels in the fashion industry (hopefully) of course.
So there you have it! Finalization for Cinderella is on Monday, by March 2011 (judging by the interview 2 weeks...) Erzullie will be adding another first in the history of fashion, as the brand is the first and only plus size line to be accepted by Cinderella (as of now). Furthermore, watch out for careers in Erzullie and also internships!

Me and Berna just had a meeting with the operations manager of Cinderella. We are very proud to announce that in two-three weeks, we are now available in CINDERELLA, GLORIETTA!!! (The one near the ramp!)
We are extremely psyched because we are the first plus size line to ever be adopted by this fashion house! We are also very happy because now we can serve more plus size women in the glorietta area! (with or without bazaar!)
Spread the word! Another fashion history happens!

It's a day after love day and I deeply apologize for posting such a short article about love. I will improve on that on, I promise. For now, I just at to open up about my nerves.
Today is my meeting with Cinderella for the brand. Hopefully, we get things started already so that we can start providing for the sexy women in the Glorietta area.
Thoughts??? Wow. I feel so happy about this opportunity. All that I can think of is how many more beautiful plus size women will feel happy and confident about themselves and feel grateful about their bodies. I know it's weird but it is true. This is the main point of the line anyway @_@ hahahahaha. anything else will just be supporting that cause. hahaha.

HOW TO LOVE YOURSELF, THIS LOVE DAY! ^^

Today is love day. I would like to extend my love to all the people that has been supporting our cause as a Fashion Line by giving them gratitude. Furthermore, I just want to post about Self-Love, which is the main purpose of this whole line. Below are the things that you can do for yourself, to show some self-love:
1. Buy something for yourself.
I'm pretty sure that you lovely ladies, have been so generous to other people. Why not buy one thing for yourself right?
It can be a book about love, a movie ticket to a movie that you want to go to, a cd... etc. Anything that you want.
2. Pamper yourself.
A simple mani or pedi will do it just right! I personally love, Perfectly Posh Nail Salon in Sta. Lucia, Cainta (for those who are in a budget) or if you want to treat the inner diva in you, head to DASHING DIVA in either Rockwell or Eastwood Mall.
If you want something intimate, why not get a spa treatment? I would love to recommend blue water day spa in Eastwood City. I have tried one of their treatments and I just want to say that the ambiance is great! It's really silent and you can definitely hear yourself breathing!
Another spa that I love is Relaksasi (they have closed in my nearby mall though @_@) but their treatments are really great and relaxing. You have your own shower so it's really private and intimate.
If you are a girl in a budget, why not have a self-love spa in your home? Yesterday, me and Berna have done our hair, body and face! It doesn't cost as much. ^^ I recommend that milk and salt scrub by watsons! (Php 89.00), coupled with Vaseline body wash (the red one... Php 24.00 refill pack) and a mud mask!!! (I forgot the name but I have a favorite one. It's in a red packet with a girl on it with blue mask. it does wonders on my face! Only costs Php 89.00 I think). For my hair, I had Vaseline Shampoo and cream silk weekly repair treatment.
I came out soft and feeling beautiful! hehehehe.
3. Cook something for yourself.
There is something satisfying about cooking yourself your own meal. Specially when it came fresh from the grocery or a market and from cleaning to cooking to serving you did it yourself! Personally, i feel so much love there for myself. It's like I have prepared myself a meal that a queen should have! (tee-hee! lifting my chair definitely).
I want to make this article short and sweet so I am going to stop at three. The list can go on but at the end of the day, this love day is also about you. SO ASK YOURSELF, WHAT DO YOU WANT TO DO TODAY???

Thank goodness!!! That facebook has now enabled the pages to have their own links!

I just want to inform you guys that the second part of the Summer Collection is coming together nicely. Hopefully, by march, we will be able to do a photoshoot. After that, it's off to HOLIDAY 2011!!!
Exciting!
What? Holiday 2011? ALREADY????
Hahahaha well, let's not get ahead of ourselves. I know that our brand is growing and has just broken into the fashion industry (feeling! hahahaha) but we would like to correct our fashion clocks. Usually by May of any year, Holiday is released, while on September or October, Summer is released. So we are looking at May or June to release the new holiday collection... of course, divided into 2, as always. ^^
After this, we are just right on with everything else! ^^

FABRIC FASHION SHOW: 'ERZULLIE'S GREATEST MOMENT YET'

It took me some time before I can actually blog about the fashion show. Words really pass by me whenever I would think about that night. It started out with me, expecting nothing about it. Me and Ms. Acie was even joking about it. It's like as if there was no event. We were not panicking. We were hanging out waiting for the car to arrive, I have to pick up one of my models in eastwood, Cat Catapia.
Then panick sets in when it's almost 8:30pm and we are still doing hair and make up...
Then angst came in when I saw the sea of red lights on the road...
Then shame hits my face when my other models were already there and I am stuck in that sea of red lights...
I was thinking about the press and how they'd view me, 1/2 of the designer team, for being late... Gah! @_@ Super unprofessional? --- scary thought.
However, we just got there in time. It was around 10 in the evening. We got the rest of the models dressed up and guests started to arrive one by one or by droves.
The S Lounge was filled up with just the right amount of crowd. My models were mingling with guests as well as the press. Photo ops here and there. It was really such a great moment for the brand.
The fashion show went well we started it around 11:50 pm. And, the rest was a fashionable history. ^^ So far, I have heard from my guests a lot of congratulations and "great job" with the clothes and the show itself.
Champagne bottles were popped and drinks were down to their bottoms... Overall it was such a great event of mingling. The even was filled with great people --- designers, photographers, press people, fashionable people, friends, family, stylists and fans of Erzulie.
In my mind, we have finally cemented the fact that Erzullie is a moderate to high fashion plus size line.
I would like to thank all of my models:
Kat Catapia, Jaye Querubin, Pao Deleoz, Vannie Alariao, Aisheryl Artates and Laudale Zabala for being my immediate muses/models.
I would also like to thank our in house Hair and Make Up Theme: Acie De Guzman and Ms. Jopie (spelling?)
Ms. Cacay (hahaha as I have blogged earlier... super thank you) and the Fabric Group.
For the press people that went there, Ms. Daphne of FBTL Manila and MSS people -- Tinee and Ghino.

The fashion show went well we started it around 11:50 pm. And, the rest was a fashionable history. ^^ So far, I have heard from my guests a lot of congratulations and "great job" with the clothes and the show itself.
Champagne bottles were popped and drinks were down to their bottoms... Overall it was such a great event of mingling. The even was filled with great people --- designers, photographers, press people, fashionable people, friends, family, stylists and fans of Erzulie.
In my mind, we have finally cemented the fact that Erzullie is a moderate to high fashion plus size line.
I would like to thank all of my models:
Kat Catapia, Jaye Querubin, Pao Deleoz, Vannie Alariao, Aisheryl Artates and Laudale Zabala for being my immediate muses/models.
I would also like to thank our in house Hair and Make Up Theme: Acie De Guzman and Ms. Jopie (spelling?)
Ms. Cacay (hahaha as I have blogged earlier... super thank you) and the Fabric Group.
For the press people that went there, Ms. Daphne of FBTL Manila and MSS people -- Tinee and Ghino.

Last night will definitely stick into my mind. We were picked by the Fabric group to be presented as the first plus size line to be ever featured by them. It was such an honor already. The crowd was great. It was just the right setting. Everything was very high class, just perfect for our debut as a moderate to high fashion plus size line.
As such, i would like to give thanks to Ms. Cacay Moras and the Fabric Group for giving us the honor to debut in their prestigious fashion event. ^^ Thank you miss!!!
